WONDERFUL FRESH INGREDIENTS

OUR INGREDIENTS USUALLY COME FROM OUR FOOD EMPORIUM INCLUDING FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, HAMBLETON FARMS MEAT AND COAST TO KITCHEN FISH.

Our chefs have an abundant selection of wonderful fresh ingredients available to them via our Food Emporium. Fresh Produce is delivered from several local farms supplying anything from purple sprouting Broccoli and Asparagus to Strawberries and Raspberries.

Fresh Meat and Poultry comes from our instore butchers Hambleton Farms who have built a fantastic reputation for quality. Fresh Fish is supplied by Coast to Kitchen fishmongers, dedicated to freshness and cuts that are a little more generous than usual. Bread and Milk are both sourced from reputable, local suppliers.

Our Afternoon Tea for Two is one of our most popular products and has a real following. A great opportunity to meet with a friend, celebrate a birthday or come as a group for a baby shower. Enjoy a casual, relaxed dining experience sharing from a platter of sandwiches, cakes and a couple of surprises with your choice from a range of teas and coffees. This is the perfect way to spend the afternoon, a cocktail of great food and conversation.

THREE DINING AREAS WITH ALFRESCO ON WARM DAYS

WE HAVE PLENTY OF TABLES BUT WE DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. WE AIM TO SEAT YOU AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN. THERE MAY BE A QUEUE AT PEAK TIMES.

Our stunning Glasshouse is spacious and relaxing and captures the feeling of being outside all year round. The contemporary dining room has wooden tables and comfortable leather chairs set around our beautiful palms. When the weather is chilly the restaurant is heated so you won’t feel the cold outside.

The Terrace Garden provides al fresco dining overlooking the fountain on those special sunny days and you may even be treated to an acrobatic air display by the local “Blades” display team who very often practise above us.
